By accessing to the site or via Instagram direct message and placing your order(s) with us, you are considered to accept all the terms and conditions herein no matter on behalf of yourself or the entity that you represent. In this regard, you have the right, authority and capacity to deal with us. Any tools or new services added in the future to the current site shall also be subjected to the terms and conditions. We reserve the right to make any changes or updates to any parts of the terms and conditions. You have the right to go through the terms and conditions time by time.


OPERATION PERIOD

Everyday excluding Sunday and Public Holiday.



READY STOCK

Your order should be processed and ship within 1 to 3 working days after order verification done and payment approval.

Kindly understand that our shipment might be delay and affected due to conveyance process by the domestic courier which is unpredictable and uncontrollable.



PRE-ORDER

Your order should be processed and ship within 7 to 14 working days after the cut-off day with order verification done and payment approval. 

Kindly understand that our shipment might be delay and affected due to conveyance process by the domestic courier which is unpredictable and uncontrollable.

Please note that Pre-order items may be facing out of stocks issues, fully refund will be made if the items are out of stocks or customers may request to change the items to another. 



ORDER OR PRODUCT

All goods sold are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable. 

Do ensure that your delivery details is stated fully, correctly and clearly. Order with incomplete/incorrect information may result in fail of delivery. Additional delivery fee will be applied if your parcels returned to us due to this issue.

All parcels are under the responsibility of our third party courier services providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel.

Kindly note that items added to your shopping cart do not mean that you have reserved the items and may purchased by other customers.

Order confirmation, order number, order details, tracking number etc will be sent to you via email after you have placed the order. 

Orders will be shipping on working days only.

All orders will be automatically canceled after 12 hours of non-payment.

Measurements of the product stated may vary 1-3cm / slightly flawed as the items are mass produced by factory. In such situation, it doesn't considered as a defect.
Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual's mobile devices.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

As long as there’s mistakes in your orders due to packing errors (i.e. missing product/damaged product/wrongly packed order), kindly proceed to inform our Customer Service on Email (milennove@yahoo.com) or Instagram (@milennove) with your unabridged unboxing video within 48 hours from the date of receiving your parcel. 

We reserve our rights not to entertain any claims which are brought to our attention after the expiry of 48 hours from the date of receiving your parcel or without a unabridged unboxing video.



DELIVERY PROCESS

Ready-stock items will be shipped out in 1 to 3 working days after order verification done and payment approval.

Pre-order items will be shipped out in 7 to 14 working days after the cut-off day with order verification done and payment approval.

Parcel will be shipped out in 7 to 14 working days after the cut-off day if the order contains both Ready stock and Pre-order items. Please separate your order if you wish to receive the Ready stock items first. 

Order confirmation, order number, order details, tracking number etc will be sent to you via email after you have placed the order. 

Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed, your parcel are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel.

All of the parcels are delivered by our courier partner GDexpress. 

Kindly note that GDexpress will not drop off the parcel unless there's someone signed for the parcel. If no one signs for it, you have to contact GDexpress hotline (03-64195003) request for resend / designate a date for resend / agree the Courier to leave the parcel at the door etc. Additional delivery fee will be applied if your parcels returned to us due to this issue.

Self-collection from our studio is strictly not allowed.
